The worst part about trips like this is the fact that I have to go through hundreds of photos every day in lightroom, post them in 5 different places and then write the diary. It’s such, such a chore, but I also really enjoy having all of this documented in the future.
Today’s the laundry day, and the washing machine is LITERALLY FROM 1958 AND USES PUNCH CARDS. I’ve been flabbergasted at this all day. It still works perfectly fine and it looks so clean like it’s new. This is what Swiss quality really is. The only issue with it is that it’s a bit smaller than modern machines, so we had to do 2 washes to wash everything.
While the machine did it’s job, we’ve decided to walk around the village we are staying in, since we always just drive around it. It’s really nice, I loved the attention to detail. Every house blends in with each other nicely and it really looks like neighbors look out for surroundings and keep everything beautiful and tidy. The last time I saw such harmony was in Japan.

We sat at the bench and looked at the view for a long time. I’ve been researching the hikes all day but everything seemed too difficult, and by the time we went back home it’s already was 4 pm. We’ve decided that instead of a hike today we’ll just drive to the cool radars we could see in the distance.
On the way to the radars we went to the gas station shop, which was literally the only one open during sunday, and bought some bread for the fondue.
We continued driving, and reached LEUK Teleport, which was the name of radar place. We didn’t see anyone working inside, since it was Sunday. It was closed off by the fence, which we walked around for a bit. The radars are so cool.
We continued driving up the mountain, and the view, as always, was incredible. I’m tired of repeating how good the view is everywhere. It’s just indescribable.

We had fondue again today, this time done much better. It was so fucking good.
I’ve been wanting to go to Zermatt for last 2 days, but █████████████ doesn’t want to since it’s insanely expensive. I looked into more hikes, and found a very interesting Turtmantall hike, and I think we will do it tomorrow.
We watched The Hunger Games 4 in the night, the last one.
