We planned a trip to Kutna Hora for today. Left the apartment 1 hour before our train.

On the way to the station went to McDonalds and had breakfast there.

The Ceske Drahy train was probably the worst train I’ve ever been in my life… Insane contrast to Regiojet, which is literally 5x better even in economy than this… It didn’t have AC, was so packed of smelly people and had windows open so it was really loud and constantly vibrated.

We arrived at Kutna Hora a hour later. Still had to take a bus to get closer to the centre, and then walked by foot. There was a lot less people than I expected, thankfully.
We got to a mint and ate a tasty lokše. There was a comfy place to lay on in the shadow with the view on the cathedrals.
Accidentally got down the valley and then back up.
There was a lot more people here, but still perfectly manageable. We were really thirsty, and ended up getting the most expensive water of my life (50czk for a cup…).
Entire place felt like it was centered around Kingdom Come Deliverance with merch everywhere. Even cathedrals were closed because there was a concert for the game inside.
We’ve walked for a long time to visit Menhirs. I liked the fields behind them. Only when we arrived we learnt that they were actually made in 2012 and wasn’t ancient at all… █████████████ was very disappointed.
Even though menhirs were on the edge of the city, we saw that there was a bakery fairly nearby, so we walked there through the tiny rural road and then the path. We really wondered if there would be anything at all there when we’d arrive, but we were very happy to see that there indeed was a small little shop in the cozy residential area. We ate some chlebicheks in the most fitting setting of all time and took a break from the long walk. We all got pretty sunburnt… I forgot to put on sunscreen on my hands (although thankfully I did put it on my face), while █████████████ didn’t put it at all. █████████████ goes outside a lot and dgaf about sun.
We went to a supermarket and then came back to the centre of the town. We’ve decided to get the tickets for the next train back, and all reserved seats were already sold out. And we quickly realized that we didn’t even have much time to comeback to the station. If we missed the next bus, we would miss the train home. We rushed a bit to the bus station, and then the bus came like 8 minutes late (which reduced our leeway from 12 minutes to 4).

Thankfully, we’ve made to the station in time, and the train itself came late too, lol. Even though we didn’t have seat reservations, we honestly got better seats in the unreserved carriage than the ones we’ve got while going here.

We successfully got back to Prague. Went to a gift store and bought Jenga. Came back to my apartment and chilled for a bit, and decided to go to a Japanese restaurant I’ve visited so long ago alone. It was really good, although I really hate those sprouts they put in all Japanese restaurants in Czechia for some reason… They didn’t put these in Japan.
We went to the mall and tried to look to buy some more board games, but unfortunately the store that specifically sells those closed 1 minute after we’ve entered the mall. We’ve separated and went home.
