Had my first (free) breakfast at my hotel. It was the buffet type, so you just get what you want. The choice wasn’t that big, but I got the chance to try «English breakfast» (and eat beanz for the first time in my life). It was fine.
I went outside and bought a ticket using PID Litachka app. The public transport system is really cool here. You basically just buy a ticket in the app, and can travel on any type of public transportation. I wanted to explore a bit more of the city before deciding where to rent, and hopped on a tram to the Letna district. Nobody really checks your ticket proactively. You can get stopped and asked for it, but also can not. I didn’t get asked for it.
I arrived there, and started walking around. I felt like I didn’t like it as much as █████████████, ███████████████████████████████████████████████████.
Same dude I met ereyesterday said he’s in the park Stromovka nearby, so I headed there. I was really hungry at that point, so I got a kebab. Not the best one I ate for sure. At my home town there was some insanely good spot.
We did a bit of "hide and seek", but he eventually found me.
My landlord called me. I expected some usual shit from her, like she usually did, but to my surprise she only said that I did the right thing and only wished me luck in my new life. Huh. Sure, thanks, I guess…
We then walked to the river and through the parks and streets with a lot of embassies.
Eventually we reached the Prazky Hrad.
At the end, my legs were literally shaking. I got on a tram and got back to my district. I was hungry, so went to the closest restaurant I could find. It happened to be a Japanese restaurant, and I got some ramen.
It was really good, but the portion was too big for me to finish it.
