I felt kinda hollow and sad today for some reason. I think it was because of the recent cooking failures… I went to the supermarket, because I want to try making crepes. On the way there I decided to go to the cafe and get a coffee and pastries.
Weirdly, I didn’t enjoy them much. I guess because of the aforementioned sadness. And it just makes me feel sad and lonely when I’m alone in the cafe.
The difference in supermarketing while satiated vs hungry is really crazy. I usually always go to the supermarket while hungry, but not this time. I felt like I didn’t want to buy anything at all while shopping.
I bought flour, milk, cream, 2 chicken fillets, 2 onions, frozen champignons and black pepper. I already have butter and eggs, so didn’t buy them.
When I was home, I as always called with dad, and I told him that I want to make crepes with mushrooms and chicken soon. He told me to boil chicken ahead of time since it’s gonna take a while. I did it and put it in the fridge, as I decided to make the crepes tomorrow.
Tesco chlebicheks are actually quite good. Wayyy better than what I got from Albert.
I ordered cleaning jelly thing for keyboard and also microfibre cloth. After using my laptop for 2.5 years it was finally time to clean the keyboard and screen properly. They arrived at post box so I went to pick them up.
I took off all the key caps, and ofc it was disgusting down there. I cleaned everything with the jelly, and the difference was crazy…

While putting key caps back on, some of them didn’t want to go back. Specifically F1 key kept getting stuck, and basically all of the arrow keys. After watching a couple of tutorials and examining the arrow keys I realized that I broke them… I somehow teared off some plastic thingies on them and they were now impossible to be put back on…
Back when I bought my MacBook I noticed that it had Apple Care+ for some reason until 2027. I think it is finally time to use it. I went on the site and scheduled the repair, which should happen on Monday. I really hope they’ll do it quickly and I won’t have to wait much, because this laptop is literally my life right now.
