Spent some time optimizing MySQL settings, adding indexes and editing queries. Now Nekoweb and Atabook pages should load way faster.

Started slowly separating my main website into smaller components. Right now most of it is like 5000 lines in 1 file. Since I’m moving it all to the new server, it’s perfect time to start from scratch and organize everything nicer.

I found out about the Appalachian trail today. I’ve been feeling quite frustrated that every single thing I do feels like a chore. All my hobbies, everything I’m supposed to enjoy, and "want"… It all requires significant mental effort to actually do. And I always try to speedrun everything, I always need to do everything as fast as I can, even if it’s my hobbies, so I can start a new task, which will feel like a chore, which shouldn’t feel like a chore.

Oh, to disappear for 6 months into the wilderness, knowing that the only thing you can do for the next spring and summer and fall is to walk and go up and down. That would slow me down.
