Today I decided to make mushroom sauce pasta… It was scary, since I fucked it up 2 times before. I was feeling more confident this time, though.
It ended up being good. It was my first time ever making good pasta from complete zero - no premade ingredients. I can’t believe I actually got better at cooking…!
