And now it’s coming to an end… My flight is from Nagoya, so I’ve looked into the ways of getting there from Osaka. My 2 options were either to take a shinkansen, or take Kintetsu line there. I’ve decided to take the Kintetsu, since it was a little slower (more time killed), went through the coast, and departed from Namba, which is convenient.

We had 5 hours left, and dropped off our bags in the coin lockers in Namba. I wanted to buy some stickers for my suitcase, so we walked to the B SIDE LABEL shop. I got Homura and some other random stickers.

We had a coffee and cake at overpriced café, and then went to Taito station to kill the rest of the time playing arcade games. Unfortunately, I already packed my headphones into luggage…

Suddenly, I got super good at Chunithm piano arcade…!? Like literally 4x speed from what I was playing on before. And it became sooo much more enjoyable and fun to play it like this too. I wish that happened not on the last day (and when I had headphones). I ended up playing it for the longest I ever did.

█████████████ said he’s hungry, so we went to Yoshinoya, even though I wasn’t really hungry. I ordered curry (was a bit worse than in Coco) and ended up spending my last 1000 yen bill (critical mistake).

And there was no time left. We went to Namba station, I got my suitcase, and we waited for my train. █████████████'s flight is in Osaka while mine was in Nagoya. █████████████, and I went into my train. I saw him for the last time when my train started going.

Overall, the journey wasn’t that beautiful. It’s crazy how you can go through houses for literally hours without them ever ending. I got out from the train, and had around 5 hours left til my flight. I put my suitcase into the locker, and decided to go to Taito again to play for a bit more.

That was the lamest Taito of my life, they didn’t even have any arcade games at all (blessing in disguise).

Nagoya is so lame. People didn’t lie about it being super boring. I went to the closest Donki, which was on 4th floor, which for some reason was closed off, and I couldn’t figure out how to get there (blessing in disguise).

I’ve decided fuck this, I’m out. I went back to the station and this is when I started feeling quite anxious. There was less than 4 hours left til my departure, so I really wanted to get to the airport already. The station was super confusing, and it took me some time to figure out which platform even is supposed to go to the airport. And there was a ton of different trains going in different directions, which made it even scarier to make a mistake. The platform also was packed. No other platforms had this many people before.

I then learnt that I’m gonna need to buy a limited express ticket to board the train, which was 1500 yen. And my IC card had like 200 yen left. And I had like 500 yen left in cash. Anxiety got stronger. I had to ask to get out from the station gate, since I already entered, and started walking around to find an ATM anywhere. There’s always a billion ATMs everywhere when you don’t need them, and none when you actually do. I found some ATM which ended up not taking my card. I ended up walking around the station for 20-30 minutes until I finally found the divine 7/11 ATM, and had to withdraw 10,000 yen.

I bought the ticket for the Meitetsu μSKY limited express, and went back on the platform. Finally, I saw my train on the screen, and could relax a little bit. I got on the train, and headed to the airport.

I arrived around 2.5 hours before my flight, which is pretty much perfect. If I had played games or got stuck in Donki for longer, I would panic much more and possibly fuck things up.

The airport was pretty empty. I checked in myself and my luggage (for the first time), then went through security. At customs I stopped to ask if I need to show any of my tax-free stuff, they looked into what I bought and said it’s fine, you can go. Smh, should’ve used the new airpods from the start.

I bought a bunch more snacks in the Lawson and random shops. Unfortunately they had to go into a plastic bag, and it was quite inconvenient to carry them around for the rest of the trip.

I got on the plane, and confused where my seat was, went into the complete end of it and then had to wait to be able to go back and found my seat. It was… middle seat. NOOOOOOOOOOO. I should’ve checked in online or something, ughhhhh. My seat was also in front of the wall, which made staff tell me to put my backpack to shelf above instead of under the seat, which was also annoying, as I couldn’t access it for the rest of the flight. I got very lucky that the neighbor seat on the left ended up being empty. I just used it for storage.

Also for some reason the plane was Finnair, even though my ticket was for Japanese Airlines. Finnair striked me as a bit more… "hostile", or something. Just kinda more strict in everything, although plane was definitely more modern and had a nicer screen thingy.

We got served food after a hour in the flight. It was good.

I unpacked my new airpods, and oh my god, they didn’t fall off from my ears??? For the first time in my life earphones don’t fall from my ears. And the sound isolation was literally trillion times better than in my old ones (which were a bit broken at this point). I listened to calm music, put the blanket they gave us on, and tried going to sleep.
