Today we went to the Denden Town. It was definitely called after me.
We kinda just went into a billion of random shops. Even though everything is cool, I didn’t really buy anything at all, which once again made me feel kind of bad. I wish there was more things that I would really like and to bring home, but there wasn’t really any series I liked enough to want to buy stuff for. I couldn’t find any Fumos or Nesoberis or Key stuff either. I always thought that Japan would be plushie heaven, but it’s literally just figurines everywhere. I barely ever see any plushies, and if I do it’s of something that doesn’t interest me that much… Sighs…

The only thing I ended up buying is some super cheap wired headphones, so I could actually enjoy the arcade games. We then ate pretty good ramen and went to the arcade building afterwards.

We played a lot of Chunithm, and circle game thing. Also finally played VICTORIA by Cranky and could finally hear the song this time. All of the games are so much more fun when you can actually hear the songs in them…

In the past years, I watched this video for hours and hours, just listening to the music, staring at the window or the infrared heater. It’s very important to me. I checked where it was recorded, and apparently it was done in Osaka Aquarium. The moment I learned this, I really wanted to visit it and listen to the music in the video while walking through it.

When we got close, I realized… I didn’t take my earphones with me today… God, I felt so sad after this for the entire of aquarium visit.
Aquarium itself was incredible, I’ve never seen something like it ever in my life. So many species I saw for the first time in my life. But I just couldn’t stop feeling how much better the experience would be if I could walk around with important music, and free from all the speech and noise people made. There was a sitting area in front of the huge tank, and I sat there for a while, looking at various sea creatures swimming.

I left feeling very melancholic. It was a nice experience, and I would love to do it again, but without making the same mistake.

The clouds in the bay are definitely different. Constantly moving, so defined. We saw lightning far away in the sea. Japan is the first time I saw the sea in my life.

We went back to Namba, and then to a yakiton restaurant. It had 5.0 stars on Google maps, almost all from Japanese people (extremely rare!). They didn’t lie, it was a really atmospheric and nice place. Type of place you’d really enjoy becoming an alcoholic at. We got a set of 5 yakiton each (Google Maps lied saying this is a yakotori restaurant, but it’s kinda similar anyways) and fries.
The menu consisted of a lot of different nasty parts of the body, so honestly it’s a good thing that the set doesn’t tell what it’s composed of, lol.
Everything was tasty, except for one, which was chewy and weird. The fries were fire. Honestly, I left still feeling kinda hungry.
We walked around the night Namba, and the atmosphere is reallyy incredible. This is the best part about Osaka. I stopped feeling melancholic and sad at this point.

I saw a Takoyaki place, so we’ve decided to go there too. They were super hot, so I burnt my tongue for the billionth time. Tasty, but I liked previous place more.
We then went to an arcade again, played for a lil bit, and finally headed home. Probably got home at like 11:00.
