Last hospital visit until April 10 today. I got my neck, stomach, kidneys and liver ultrasounded. All are completely fine.

I then went to physiotherapist, and this was really interesting. I told him about every single physical problem I have, and then we went through all my muscles. He put my hands and legs in various positions and then I had to stop him from moving them. We then repeated the same thing while he gave me a card to look at, which I didn’t really understand what was the purpose for.

After that he told me that my core is weak and causes a lot of different problems in my body, especially with my posture. I also never breathe with my stomach and always use my chest instead which is also possibly caused by that. He then showed me some really complex excercise:

  • lay down on back
  • squat legs but keep distance between knees and also feet
  • put feet up and toes also up. u stay them on heel
  • neck should be straight as possible and stretched out as possible
  • then you put your hands into your thighs and kinda push into them
  • and while doing all of this u flex the core muscle so if someone tries to poke u in belly they cant
  • then u breathe in with nose while flexing still and u must breathe into belly and avoid breathing into chest as possible
  • and then breathe out with mouth while still flexing the core (hard asf)
  • also need to keep shoulders and neck relaxed as possible
  • also when u get better at this u do harder version with putting ur legs up instead of keeping them on heel

I brought my camera with me again today, and wanted to walk home again, but decided to go home on tram after all. So that I could go to supermarket and also repeat the excercise soon before I forgot how to properly do it.
