Time to go to Brno again. I realized that I forgot to charge my powerbank overnight, but luckily put it quickly enough for it to get around 30 minutes or charge, which should’ve been enough.

Went to the train station. Today is gonna be quite critical. If I don’t get this apartment, it’ll mean I’ll only have 2 weeks left to find one.
Got a great spot - nobody sat in the neighboring seat.
Weather changed really quickly when we left Prague. Suddenly it became really foggy and cloudy, even though just 10 minutes ago it was sunny.
I’ve noticed that I can order food online in the train app, which is cool. And the food was super cheap. There was sushi for like $2… I’ve decided that I’m not gonna risk it today and got a croissant and coffee for $1. It took around 40 minutes to arrive, and it was completely fine. Nothing was bad about it.

I arrived in Brno with 20 minute delay. Met █████████████, and we immediately went to the apartment. We went through kinda a shit street full of random bits of garbage and loud cars. Although it eventually switched to a more pleasant district.
Arrived there 10 minutes early, and struggled to find entrance for a minute, since building number was missing. We saw some people coming inside, and that was a bit of a bad sign already… After that they came out and realtor was already inside building, and called to us. Which confirmed the suspicion - they just showed the apartment to someone else.

We got inside, and the main room was smaller than the original listed photo. And a bit messier I guess. It was really warm in there too, which concerned me until I saw an AC. The nook didn’t actually have any rooms on top, and instead was kinda trashed and full of random industrial garbage. It was also hard to get on top. It upset me.
There were 2 empty rooms on first floor instead. That’d be fine overall, I’d put bed in 1 and computer and other stuff in the other. I was concerned about missing fridge on the photos, but it was there afterall. Overall, it was OK. A bit worse than I expected, but still completely livable.
Of course, she told us "thanks for interest, we will also show this apartment to 500 more people and write to you at the end of the week if you were chosen (you won’t)". Yepp, cool. Awesome.
Felt like going here was completely pointless. From now on I’ll do my best to ask for video-tours to not waste an entire day on this shit.
Just felt upset again. We went to a mall, █████████████ got some food while I’ve decided that I’ll eat later on the train and try more options from the online menu.
We went to the very iconic place just before going to the train station.
Ended up hurrying up to go back, because Google Maps said it’s gonna take 15 minutes to get to train station and there was 15 minutes left, but we came back with 7 minutes to spare, so it was fine.
I got on a train, and it ended up not being a usual seat but this weird room thing that didn’t even have a table. I also couldn’t order online for the seat, and I also sat in opposite direction from where we going making it 20% more comfortable than usual. That made me feel even worse… Just felt like shit overall. It was already dark, and the moon was on the left side, and it made a cool illusion as if it’s moving on the sky every time train changed direction.
I got back home at 9:30. Felt really tired, and fell asleep early.
