Went to post office to pick up ███████████████. I looked at reviews, and everyone is talking about horrible service and employees not knowing English, so it made me anxious about how it’ll go. I made an appointment in the app.
I got into the post office, and took a ticket from the machine. 30 seconds later, I got called into the booth. There was an old looking guy there. I asked him "English? Українська? Русский?", and he replied in russian. Then after a very short exchange, I gave him my passport and then he got, unexpectedly, 2 parcels for me. I wasn’t sure what was in the second one. I thanked him, and went home.

Apparently, it arrived like 20 minutes before I came to the post office. Well that was lucky.
