I decided to do a 40 hour long fast. Since I’m already doing 16/8 intermittent fasting everyday, it means by the time I woke up I’ve already been fasting for 16 hours.
I haven’t felt hungry until around 22 hour mark. After that it started feeling a bit uncomfortable, but still very managable. Started feeling kind of weak at around 26 hour mark.
I chose 40 hours because it fits perfectly into my 16/8 routine.
Day 1 (yesterday). I stop eating at 18:00. Day 2. I don’t eat at all. Day 3. I start eating at 10:00.
