Woke up to the worst leg pain ever imaginable. I think Snezka finally caught up to me… I also had probably some kind of hangover, because the sleep itself was bad and waking up felt like shit.

The apartment we had was also weird af with shower being exposed despite having 2 separate beds. We had breakfast (I got BEANZ).

And had a bit of a walk around Brno.

I got Pumpkin Spice Latte for the first time in my life. Well, it was unusual I guess. Actually felt pumpkin-y. Not sure if I liked it a lot, but it was fine.

We checked out and got onto the road to Vienna. █████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████

Road from Brno to Austria, around the border is really beautiful…

The moment you cross the border to Austria, the first thing you notice is the wind turbines. They’re everywhere, and there’s hundreds of them. And the weather finally cleared up for once, and it felt beautiful and Frutiger Aero. I was choosing the music while we were going, and I got this playlist playing, which only made the experience better.

Arrival to Vienna felt kind of weird. The highway just… never ended. It just keeps going through the city. The infrastructure everywhere was really crazy. Everything looked functional, industrial, and there’s just so much… infrastructure. Hard to describe it. Kind of felt like I’m in USA from how people describe it.

We got into the hotel, and rested for a bit. After that we’ve decided to visit «some kind of castle» (I don’t even know it’s name tbh), and hopped on the metro there.

The palace was really huge, and had a large plaza and gardens around it. We got a ticket to the garden maze, just like from all these movies.

I solved this puzzle, even though it took me around 10 minutes.

We got out from the maze to check the structure on top, and then I realized… I don’t have my watch on me. This is literally the second day since getting it, and I somehow already lost it. I literally don’t understand how the hell could this even happen. I literally had it on my hand the entire time. I kept thinking when was the last time I saw it, but couldn’t really remember anything.

This basically completely ruined the mood for me. ███████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████

I was kind of just sad at that point.

Since I had █████████████ meeting scheduled up, we had to be back at hotel in 2 hours, so we hopped back onto the metro. We were hungry at this point, so after getting back to our metro station, we went to a weird snitzel place that didn’t really feel local at all.

1000076323.jpg

I guess this is the sloppest meal you could ever have, but whatever. We got back to the hotel, and I submitted the lost item request. I then did the meeting with █████████████, which went smoothly and professionally. Got my █████████████ approved, yay.

We went to the bar that we saw on the walk back, and holy shit, this was fucking the best place I’ve ever seen in my life.

Everyone’s just chilling, or working, and the place decorations are so well done and cozy!! I really want a place like this in Prague now…
