Left my hotel today. I’ve decided to take a long walk, to see more districts of Prague.

I feel like if I’m given some benches along the way, I can walk literally forever. Even with my heavy backpack, I just need some benches to rest from time to time, and then I’ll just walk 10km easily. Human ability to walk forever is awesome.

Podskali is a beautiful little district. It was very small though, but I really liked the cozy spot near the river it was.

I didn’t really like Vinohrady that much. It’s just… city. The buildings are still historical and pretty, but it’s just too much city around to feel cozy and nice. I don’t think I would want to live there.

I only walked a little bit of Zhizhkov. I visited the tower and ate at restaurant nearby.

I got Carbonara to see how it compares to my favorite place in Ukraine that serves it. It was good, but it still couldn’t beat the Ukrainian one. There was no liquid yolk and the meat felt a little bit weird (literally shkwarky).

I was contemplating whether or not to go on top of the tower (ticket is paid), but after eating I got tired and lazy and felt like going to the new hotel… So I basically walked like 7 km and didn’t visit the tower nor the statue. Never eat if you don’t wanna get lazy. At least I’ll have something to go to when I’ll actually be with someone else.

I fucking hate cars.

I got to my new hotel via tram. God, the public transport system here is amazing. You buy 1 ticket and get access to everything – trams, metro, busses, even ferries. It’s crazy.

My new hotel had wayyy better location, much bigger room, and cool pub just under. And it was same price too! I kinda regret living in previous hotel now.

The vibes in the pub was immaculate… I felt sad that I didn’t have anyone to go with there.
