Today we did another picnic. This time we’ve decided to go to phosphogypsum stack mountains nearby. We went home first to get all the stuff, then to supermarket.
My cat looks so cat.
These mountains themselves are actually just industrial waste from nearby factory plant. The factory itself was insanely huge. This was the largest factory I’ve ever seen in my life. The security around it was also very strict.
After we passed the factory it was suddenly just beautiful nature. We got to the mountains and climbed on top.
We later found out that they’re actually weakly radioactive. Pretty cool.
After we were done, we started looking for a picnic spot. At first we went to the river, but it was too close to the factory and just looked like a bad place for it. I then (as always) found a really nice spot near the forest service camp.
It was windy, had a beautiful view on the field and on other side had our beloved pine forest. Everyone in my favorite love pine forest the same. It’s our element.
Everything went as always afterwards. We had yummy food, fried some meat, and hanged around. I layed on the blanket for a while, and got a second blanket on top to secure myself from the wind.
The spot was so windy! It was amazing. I often just lay in my bed listening to artificial wind sounds in my earphones, but doing it this way was 1000 times better.
