Spent the entire day researching the LLC. Luckily I found someone who could answer all my questions about it, so I felt way better about it when I could finally talk to someone about it all. I kept going between «noo this is so complex and shitty» and «ok this seems pretty good I think I should do it» like 4 times throughout the day. I almost submitted the application, but cheap payment service I wanted to use apparently doesn’t support american LLCs… So I’ll postpone this until I find a good one.
