I struggled to fall asleep tonight once again. My legs are always moving, and it’s incredibly hard to resist it. I’m completely certain that I have Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS), and it makes sleeping quite difficult often.
This made me research everything about it, and the more I read and think about it all, the more certain I become that I might have ADHD too. It’s very common to have RLS caused by ADHD, and this isn’t just legs. It’s my whole body that I just can’t stop moving constantly. When I sit I move my torso back and forth constantly, and when I lay it’s legs instead. Not to mention the concentration issues etc.
Eugh, ADHD is the most commonly self-diagnosed thing, so I feel really cringe about thinking about it. I researched about medication, and basically it’s impossible to get the good meds in Ukraine, so no point in even trying to get diagnosed anyway. ██████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████
Managed to do another assignment today. This kinda closes the university task for now. There’s still a half of assignments left for this class, but they’re so impossibly difficult I’m not even gonna try to finish them. Half is enough. Now I don’t have anything left that’s possible to do, so I can finally chill for a bit.
